This Privacy Policy describes how BV Elf Consult ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PokeFlip mobile application ("App").

When you use PokeFlip, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Your email address when you create an account.
• Card photos: Images of Pokémon cards you scan using the App. These are uploaded to our secure servers for analysis.
• Collection data: Information about the cards in your collection, including card names, set information, condition, and estimated values.
• Purchase information: When you make in-app purchases, Apple processes the payment. We receive confirmation of the purchase to credit your account, but we do not receive your payment details.
• Usage data: Basic usage information such as number of scans performed.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the PokeFlip service
• Analyse card images to identify and value Pokémon cards
• Manage your card collection
• Process in-app purchases and manage scan credits
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Respond to your questions and support requests

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Card photos are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, or deletion.

Third-Party Services

PokeFlip uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Anthropic Claude: AI-powered card recognition (anthropic.com)
• Apple: In-app purchase processing (apple.com)
• TCGdex / PokeTrace / JustTCG: Card pricing data

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and card collection for as long as your account is active. Card photos are retained to support your collection. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

As a resident of the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your personal data.
